Important Guidelines for Downloading, Editing, and Photocopying Pages From The Consultant's Big Book of Organization Development Tools

Trainers or facilitators who have purchased this book are granted permission to download and edit (in Microsoft® Word or other word processing software) the participant materials listed on this page, for use leading their own sessions. We hope this capability will simplify your ability to customize these materials to meet the needs of your audience. Downloaded participant materials may also be printed or photocopied for attendees of the session. Only the original book purchaser conducting training sessions may make such photocopies or download these handouts.

Download instructions:

1. Click on the page number of the participant material you wish to download.
2. Save the file to your hard drive. Remember to make a note of where you are saving the file so you can find it later!
3. Use Microsoft Word or other word processing software to open the file from the folder to which it was downloaded. (Some web browsers will automatically open your word processing application for you.)
4. Edit the file for your audience and print out copies for your workshop participants.
